                                                               Title Design Research

1.    How many titles are displayed during the opening sequences to the film? Which ones? Just one that says American Horror Story

2.    What connotations do the images carry? (how do you they make you feel) The Images definitely creeped me out, and makes you excited to be terrified

3.    How is genre reinforced through symbolic and technical codes from the outset? (Can you tell what genre the film is) Definitely due to the music that is used and the images being edited in a horrifical way

4.    What conventions are used to ensure the film appeals to its target audience? Yes by establishing this is horror film in their Tittle sequence.

Sometimes after a character tells a joke there's often a close up shot of the characters facial expression.
